Youth Participation and Democracy’ Erasmus+ youth exchange in beautiful Brindisi Montagna, Italy! From October 1st-7th, 2024, our participants collaborated with young leaders from across Europe to explore how to become active members of their communities and developed the skills to manage networks and work with multiple stakeholders.

Our participants from Romania (students of West University of Timisoara), collaborated with young leaders from across Europe (Italy, Germany, North Macedonia and Lithuania) to explore a crucial question: How can young people become not just spectators, but active architects of their communities and, indeed, of their democracies? They honed skills in managing networks and working with diverse stakeholders, learning to build bridges and foster inclusive decision-making – essential tools for any young person seeking to strengthen the foundations of a truly democratic society.
